Happiness is...

...having all my photos and all my scrapping supplies organized which makes it super easy to put together a quick page like this one.  It is made entirely with older scraps of paper left over from other projects. I like to keep all those scraps of paper in 12x12 plastic drawers organized by color, and every once in a while I like to challenge myself to make a LO with only scraps. This particular page was made from the green drawer. The photos are from 1997, that adorable 3 year old boy in the photo is now almost 17!  The design of the page was inspired by a page in Designing with Recipes Book
made for Mother LOAD class at www.bigpictureclasses.com

Why do you Scrap?

the photo says it all for me, it was taken almost 4 years ago on my son's 10th birthday. He loves to look back on the pages i have made of him and his baby book especially on his birthday. you don't know where you're going until you know where you've been...
All the embellishments are symbolic here, clocks and butterflies because time flies, these moments are so fleeting, I remember this moment like it was yesterday...
